Program management & NLP coaching

Mecheline Leijten

Program management:

I like challenge and variety, I am proactive and I would like to be able to influence my own work and environment. Convincing or having responsibility for others is important to me. I am a real people person and networker.

Together with a team, I like to put a dot on the horizon and work towards that together.

I would like to see myself contributing to tackling the challenges we now face, so that our descendants can also maintain perspective in a healthy learning, living and working environment. By connecting (internally and externally) and jointly ensuring that our behavior is less harmful to people and the environment.

“I am very interested in seeing how people learn, experience peace, relax and become aware of their own abilities. As a coach I can and want to empower someone”: Mecheline.

After my studies, I started looking for where my real passion lies within the field. I found my passion by helping and guiding people in their development and encouraging them to get the best out of themselves. .

As a socially committed coach, I have further developed and trained myself with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Sophrology*) to help find balance and development.

*) What is Sophrology?:

Sophrology is the new meditation. It is a relaxation method for body and mind, mainly focused on physical exertion through dynamic relaxation exercises: focus on breathing and visualization of positive images.

Plan fun things

Ultimately, we work to live and not the other way around, or at least that is true for most. So plan fun things after work, or take a day off. And fill this day with only activities that make you happy. This way you have something to look forward to and that gives you a lot of energy.
